Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via official Wandersouls communication channels including email or WhatsApp support.
The booking amount paid at the time of confirmation is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Cancellation charges applicable on total package cost:
• 45 days or more before departure: Booking amount retained.
• 30–44 days before departure: 50% of total package cost.
• 15–29 days before departure: 75% of total package cost.
• 0–14 days before departure or no-show: 100% cancellation charges.
Flight tickets, visas, permits, insurance, and hotel peak-season charges are strictly non-refundable.
In case of visa rejection, refunds (if applicable) will be processed only after deducting actual expenses incurred by Wandersouls.
No refunds shall be applicable for unused services during the trip including meals, transport, sightseeing, accommodation, or activities.
Refund Policy
Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days from the date of cancellation approval.
Refunds will be credited only to the original mode of payment.
Gateway charges, bank transaction charges, forex conversion fees, and taxes are non-refundable.
Refund timelines may vary depending on airline, hotel, activity providers, or banking partners.
Wandersouls reserves the right to provide credit notes instead of monetary refunds in exceptional operational situations.
No refund shall be provided for no-shows, incomplete trips, denied boarding due to invalid documents, or violation of local laws.
If a trip is cancelled by Wandersouls due to operational reasons, weather conditions, political instability, or natural disasters, customers may receive either a rescheduled trip option, travel credit, or partial/full refund depending on vendor policies.
Terms & Conditions
By booking with Wandersouls, the traveler agrees to all company policies, itineraries, payment schedules, and operational guidelines.
Travelers must carry valid government-issued identification and necessary travel documents throughout the journey.
The company acts only as a facilitator for transport, accommodation, and activities provided by third-party vendors.
Wandersouls shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, accidents, injuries, baggage loss, weather disruptions, political disturbances, or any unforeseen events beyond reasonable control.
Travelers are responsible for ensuring physical fitness and medical suitability for adventure or high-altitude trips.
Consumption of illegal substances, misconduct, harassment, or violation of local laws may result in immediate removal from the trip without refund.
Itineraries may be modified due to operational requirements, weather, road conditions, safety concerns, or force majeure events.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Photos and videos captured during trips may be used by Wandersouls for marketing and promotional purposes unless specifically requested otherwise in writing.
Privacy Policy
Wandersouls respects customer privacy and is committed to protecting personal information shared during bookings and inquiries.
Personal information collected may include name, contact details, government ID proofs, payment details, travel preferences, and emergency contact information.
Customer information is used strictly for booking management, customer support, operational coordination, marketing communication, and legal compliance.
Sensitive payment information is processed securely through trusted payment gateway partners and is not stored directly by Wandersouls.
Customer data may be shared with airlines, hotels, transport providers, visa partners, or local operators only as necessary for trip execution.
Wandersouls does not sell customer data to third parties.
