1. General Travel Conditions
Welcome to WanderSouls. These general terms and conditions govern your use of our travel advisory, premium day-by-day itineraries, custom booking platforms, and related travel comparison tools.
Key Agreements
- Agreement Binding: By requesting a custom itinerary, submitting travel queries, or initiating bookings, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
- Eligibility: You represent that you are at least 18 years old and possess the legal authority to enter into this contract.
- Information Authenticity: While WanderSouls makes every effort to keep all pricing comparison, route timings, and sightseeing details 100% accurate, final operational aspects are subject to verification from on-ground vendors.
2. Booking & Confirmation Policy
Securing your dream getaway with WanderSouls is designed to be transparent. Here is how our custom reservation system works:
Deposit Payment
To initiate bookings for hotels, flights, and private transfers, a booking deposit of 25% of the total tour cost is required.
Final Balance
The remaining 75% balance payment must be remitted no later than 30 days prior to the scheduled departure date.
* Note: For reservations made within 30 days of the departure date, 100% of the tour cost is payable immediately upon confirmation.
3. Comparison Engine & Guarantees
WanderSouls provides detailed price comparisons relative to market leaders (specifically Group Tour Operator & Leading OTA) to help you measure the superior value we provide.
Our comparisons are compiled using live public brochures, website listings, and average retail prices of competitors. Because holiday package rates fluctuate dynamically, these details are meant as helpful estimates of relative value.
Best Price Inclusions Guarantee: We guarantee that for the equivalent price of a competitor package, our customized itinerary includes upgraded accommodations (e.g. private villa options over standard rooms) and bespoke local experiences that you will not get in general group tours.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
In the event that you must cancel your travel arrangements, the request must be submitted via email to cancel@wandersouls.in.

Refund Processing Timeline
Eligible refunds are processed directly back to the original mode of payment (or via account payee bank transfer) within 10 to 14 business days from the cancellation approval date.
5. Passports, Visas & Insurance
International travel requires meticulous documentation. Please note the following strict responsibilities:
Passport Validity: Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of return of your tour.
Visa Responsibilities: WanderSouls will assist with visa guidance and document templates. However, visa issuance is at the absolute discretion of the respective sovereign consulate. We are not liable for cancellations resulting from visa rejections.
Travel Insurance: Comprehensive international travel insurance is mandatory. It must cover emergency medical expenses, luggage loss, trip cancellation, and flight delay protection.
6. Limitation of Liability & Conduct
To maintain safety and harmony, all travelers must adhere to community standards:
Force Majeure Clause
WanderSouls is not liable for cancellations, delays, extra expenses, or adjustments caused by acts of God, war, pandemic, natural disaster, strikes, weather disruption, airport closures, or political unrest.
Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to respect local laws, customs, and environment. WanderSouls reserves the right to immediately terminate the itinerary of any traveler whose behavior causes safety hazards or extreme distress to guides or fellow travelers. In such cases, no refunds will be paid.
7. Privacy & Data Security
Your travel queries and preferences are safe with us. We practice industry-standard data security protocols to protect your details:
